With the 666 cycle, consisting of issues 401 to 406 of Dylan Dog, the character created by Tiziano Sclavi in ​​1986 was the protagonist of a sort of "reboot" conceived by Roberto Recchioni, scriptwriter and current editor of the magazine. After "the meteor cycle", it was discovered that there are infinite parallel worlds and infinite Dylan Dogs. 🌌

If with issue 400 we finished reading the adventures of one of these Dylans, from 401 we found a new one, with Gnaghi in place of Groucho as assistant, a thick beard and different clothing than usual. With the end of issue 406, entitled The Last Laugh and written by Recchioni himself for the drawings of Corrado Roi, however, everything seems to change once again. 🔄

During the story, Dylan Dog faces an evil Groucho lookalike inside a mental institution he occupies. During the final battle, Groucho kills Gnaghi, then transforms into a monster and attacks Dylan. Suddenly, the nightmare investigator receives a gun from someone, who turns out to be another Groucho lookalike, this time good (although equally crazy). 🃏
