However, the actual availability in our warehouses may vary from what is initially indicated. Such changes depend exclusively on the publishers or manufacturers and are not under our control.

ORDER MANAGEMENT
If you have placed an order containing pre-order products, you can request at any time to split the order into two shipments, so you can immediately receive the items already available.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLING PRE-ORDERS
Sorry, but once your pre-order is submitted, you cannot cancel or change it. However, you can contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to find a solution to your problem.

In the event that the publisher, for reasons not attributable to us, does not deliver the product or cancels the pre-order, the customer will receive a full refund without further requests or obligations.
